Whatever you do, don't think that your S is choosing his Dad over you. He misses his Dad and he wants to spend time with him. That is okay.

If your S was living with his Dad, he would be wanting to spend time with you. I would rather have my kids with me most of the time than only a couple of days. Besides, you will have him for Christmas right? Your H will feel the loss then.
