Yup... I've learned not to say things in front of the D's. I learned this long ago because things happen. I try not to build their hopes up. Unfortunately, I had let it slip to D5 that we would possibly take Wednesday off. She asked last night.. I told her that Mom wanted her to go to school. Probably not the best way to answer, but it is the truth. I could've been nastier about it, but I won't go to that level. D5 was very upset and threw a fit.. said some mean things about Mom which I corrected. No need to bother W with any of that.
I'm looking forward to detaching... definitely!!
On a side note... Hot Mom was dropping her D off at the same time again.. noticed she didn't have her ring on. She also mentioned something about a note she was supposed to get and made kind of a nasty comment about her husband getting it. Then she asked if we lived in her neighborhood because she thought she saw us. BTW.. that's a very awkward question. I just looked at W.. not sure what to say. Hindsight.. I should've said "No.. I live here and W lives there"
On the way out, Hot Mom and I passed each other.. big smiles from each of us.
Anyway... yeah Spidey 3 sucked... Mark.. WTH? My W's BF thinks he's a Transformer.. jackass.
Seems like they tried to fit 2 too many villains and couldn't keep the story up.
