I find it harder to make an excuse for a woman that is married vs a single guy which is probally just wanting to get laid. Either way it does not do us much good to dwell on the other person. lwb the OW in your case is just falling into the same old traps the grass is greener, the exicitement, this is what makes me happy, the new, etc. I think unhappiness can really cloud someones thinking and morales.
