Saw the attorney. I had two options: 1-Hire him to do it all. 2-do the leg work myself and negotiate directly with CW and have the lawyer review it. I chose #1. I don't want to negotiate directly with her. It will cost more but I would rather do it this way. After I made my decision, he told me that I was making the right decision. He will deal directly with her attorney.
I liked this attorney. He is a Christian and doesn't necessarily like to do divorces, but he does a lot of them for the LBS spouses.
I am glad I got over another hurdle. This is still hard though. I still find myself thinking about what she is doing and if she is with the FFJAOM. It is getting to be less and less, but it still bothers me periodically. Then the fact that it bothers me bothers me.
