Good day today, it's hot, sunny, class went well. CJ was accepted to present at that e-conference. I'm sure it feels good for him to have a focus.

Last night I went for a fast bike ride, then rolled it into a major workout, full yoga and weights. I may have put on 10 pounds, but I'm still fit!
