Mojo I have a question for the men on the BB. Are there any of you who would not want to have sex with Bettie Page? (given that you weren't married, she'd have you, it was 1950-something etc. etc.)If not, why?
The pictures are attractive enough, so there is sexual interest on my part.
As to would I have sex with her my answer is in two parts.
One part of me said yes. No moral baggage, what feels good=do it, fun is fun, she and I were compatable, there was an exclusive LTR going on between us, you bet!
The second part of me said what about a LTR, I wasn't looking for a ONS. What if I knock her up, then what?
Maybe I am too old school and think along the lines of keepers as sex partners. All I really want is one good sex partner.
BTW, sex is one element of a relationship. Lots of other things need to be there (compatibility) to sustain a LTR.

Betty Page is very nice. Busty Russell is better.... Well, the early version anyway. There was some site in Japan that had all the obscure 50s/60s pinups, they sure looked different then. Better IMO.
LOL- I like that you feel qualified to answer for the whole gang. I just sold a book about her and I was leafing through it a bit. There was a little essay about the scientific reasons why her look was so appealing. Her waist to hip to bust ratio was .66 and her eyes and smile were bigger and wider than average which gave her that Mickey Mouse effect of youthful vulnerability. She adopted the bangs to hide her one masculine feature which was her somewhat protruding forehead.

Yeah, going around looking/acting all "bunkey" like that can cause some problems. Of course, I felt some sexual kinship with her when I read/saw that she was known for smiling like she was handing out apple pie when she posed in bondage gear and that she sewed her own bikinis for her semi-nude shots. Also, I read that she had a great love for literature and viewed her work with the photo clubs as a sort of "playing pretend".

I think she looked "hot" because she always had a monkey-ish (kitten-ish?) twinkle in her eyes that said "I'm game".
I don't think that there was anything in particular about her physique. The only "ratio" would be the weight-to-height one. (normal/fit; not skinny, not overweight).
Maybe it's more of an efficiency study. I am trying to answer the question "How can a 42 year old Type 7 generally fun-seeking woman who loves to have sex, loves to eat, loves/hates to exercise best make use of her time/money to have the most pleasure possible given the rules governing such things as calorie intake/output, muscle development, relative fun of sex to other activities requiring time/money (such as travel, reading, creating giant Xmas light displays etc.) and the physical ratios/psychological rules (including dreadful realities like the double standard) governing male attraction (the variable here considered)."

Lol- Okay that's the answer I want. I'm just interested in the base desire component here not any moral/practical qualms. I will consider those under the psychological category including issues such as the double standard, performance anxiety, Madonna/Whore, what-level-of-minute-analysis-of-issues-concerning-sexual attraction-will-render-a-woman-too-nerdy-to-f*ck etc. etc.

Mojo, do you like yourself? I know you're fond of your pilgrim soul but what about as a whole package? You seem to spend a lot of time worrying that you're too much of something or not enough of something else.
I've come to the conclusion that trying to tip the odds in one's favor, attraction-wise, isn't as effective as playing the numbers game until you find someone attracted to you as you are.
