Emotionally, I felt I needed a real apology for the affair(remorse/regret) and a re-commitment on her part to the marriage for me to want to stay in it.
From what I've read, it will take time to get an apology or any remorse since the A is still so fresh. And sometimes it never comes at all. But I am with you, I need it, too.
Regarding the job decision ... listen to your heart. If you think you don't have the drive for the one job, I would not take it. If you get offered the other 2 jobs, I'd request a second interview. Get a better feel for each one. That's what I did when I changed jobs 2 years ago (after 10 years in the same place).
