Was frozen out of my on-line hook up for a while there, rather relieved to be back on!

Dinner was great (Steak, sauteed mushrooms with tons of fresh garlic and double-baked potatoes, yum!).

Only sour note was when H asked what I wanted for my birthday. I almost said (should have?) something I don't have to ask for!

His gift giving was great in the first year or so, thoughtful, inspired....but let's just say it's been less and less so over the years.

Mind you, buying for a critical perfectionist probably hasn't been the most fun thing either .

Now I check on you! (hope I can stay on line!, fickle beast )
