W called and said "Well.. I see you don't like to answer or return my phone calls."
I told her I was busy. I think she heard the dishwasher in the bg, so she asked if I was working from home.. I said yes.
She says "So.. you're working from home and couldn't answer or call me back?"
No.. I was busy with work.. when I got your message, I figured you'd be at work. I got the message and it's all good.
I made sure she was going to bring the appropriate medicines over (D5 has Atopic Dermatitis) because we will be playing in the leaves. W asked for me to bring some leaves in for her class and I said "Sure"
Kept it very short.. nothing but the D's. I had a call come in while we were on and I asked her to hold on.. I can tell that bothered her.
Quick call, hopped back over.. quickly talked about other D stuff and said "I don't mean to be rude, but I had another work call roll in.. I've got to go.. I'll see you later"
We hung up.. again.. she was flustered.
She will be over to pick up D5 at 6, so I'm a little nervous about that. House has changed a little.. not as much as I'd like, but I have couches, place looks like a "family" home now and not a bachelor pad.
We have a family picture of us in the Family room. I've debated taking it down. I have pictures of the D's up, but the family picture kind of sticks out. I really need to get some pictures (art or otherwise) up in the room. Place looks empty.
