Hill: You're probaly running in sand every day trying to keep father time away like I am.
Well I walk with air bottle filled with sand 3-6 miles every other day early to avoid the questions. It's not an normal sight. Used to wear a weight vest but frankly did not care for the questions of going back and such. Nothing bad just did not feel about talking about it.
Father time took care of the knees so I do not run hills I swim them.
