LL may be a young'un - but she has a wisdom beyond her years.
LL - I wish your H would also tell you in addition to his actions. But like me, your H isn't much of a talker - so his actions may need to suffice for now.
Now to get him to get rid of that darn apartment so that he doesn't have a hidey hole to scamper back to!

in one of my very first posts here I mentioned wanting to give a copy to h...I was told not to..it was my secret weapon...I've also heard others told not to.
at the time while h was out...it may not have done any good...I think that in your case it would not be the words in the book but the fact that you made the effort in the first place...you wouldn't make the effort to keep the gum on your shoe would you?? if it finally fell off you wouldn't argue or try to keep it there. right??
so in your case it's not such a bad idea to show her the book.

h just called...on his way home..running late...an appointment to stop at...concerned his armoire is a mess and too full...he intends to move his work stuff to a closet near the basement bathroom as he will be showering down there during the summer when he get's up early....so what am I rambling about...h will be bringing home 2 bags of clothes from the apartment tonight...cleaning that place out...I'll do a dance when the tv from there is down in our basement!!!

well ow may be a customer...but my h is home...threw out his phone...and is cleaning out the apartment!!!!

throwing the phone out the window... going out with me on a fri night when he was tired and would rather sit in and watch cnn... cleaning out the apartment... letting me know today that he will be late tommorow because of an appointment rather than waiting til tommorow afternoon to tell me...
I think LL needs to start listening for something other than what she wants to hear!!!
