Hi PM, I just started a yoga class last week. I've only been twice, but I can tell you that it has made a difference for me. I end up with a PMA high for the rest of the day and last time it was even into the next. I too have a hard time stopping my brain, but yoga seems to have given me some tools to slow it down. I would definitely recommend starting a class. Peace, B
