FWIW on the kids/Thanksgiving, sorry, they don't get to choose what they do, you and your W do. Plus, having them "pick parents" sounds pretty loaded to me and could cause bitterness down the road. Should be all or none, IMO. They spend the day with you or with your W. Just my 2 pennies.
