Just a quick update for those who have been following ...

... W and I had our first dog-walk this weekend past, and it went well. I applied everything my DB coach told me to do. It was counterintuitive and difficult, but I can see some very small bits of progress.

W and I have another date on Thursday night.

Crossing my fingers firmly.
