Any familiarity with an in-house separation?

I am not sure of W's timetable for all of this but I suspect she will want to move on this as soon as possible after Thanksgiving. I am reasonably sure she would also want to have this "arrangement" last as long as possible since our kids are in a private school with reasonable tuition and the public schools in our zone are vastly underperforming...
