This sounds GREAT. BUT........... CAN YOU STICK TO IT????? that is your next chalange. I know it is hard. I keep changing directions myself. But you need to give a plan a chance before you try something else.
Hope you stay on course with this because is sounds like the right thing to do. (don't really know the right way to tell him "I will sympathetically state he may need to consider getting a job". No mater what I come up with it still sounds sarcastic.
