Im not a medication girl myself.. just advil. My kids keep me up at night and its hard to get back to sleep.. my back hurts a lot too, I think from the pregnancies, so im don't sleep well because of it.
Advil pm in non habit forming and gets me off to sleep. other than that, I won't take anything else!
Nyquil... eewww .. that stuff makes me gag!! My h uses that too! that's about all you two have in common:)
Yes the feeling of as if comes on suddenly.. did for me. It actually works beleive it or not!
Punching bad sounds good, although it would probably knock me over!!!
