I'm very close to buying a punching bag/body bag. I have a Smith Machine in the basement and quite a bit of Olympic Free Weights, so I work out 3 times a week. I feel so pumped and jazzed.. I end up punching my preacher cur pad.. definitely need a body bag!!
Im not a medication girl myself.. just advil. My kids keep me up at night and its hard to get back to sleep.. my back hurts a lot too, I think from the pregnancies, so im don't sleep well because of it.
Advil pm in non habit forming and gets me off to sleep. other than that, I won't take anything else!

jar- The high school reference is spot on. In fact, a few months ago, I stopped referring to OM as OM, and began referring to him as her "boyfriend." This includes on my thread and in discussions with her (I know she hates that).
The way I see it, she is behaving exactly like she did when she was 15: sneaking out of the house, having sex with somebody who is not her husband, lying about it, covering it up... tell me when to stop. Oh yes, totally drunk on the infatuation of the affair. Don't want to forget that one...

I think we are all pretty similar when it comes to the drugs. I only take anything when my back is really bad (like now) and even then its only 2 aspirin each day.
