We've got a friendly argument here at the IC household that needs to be put forth to the SSM jury...
Tonight was one of those windy, cold, curl up on the couch and watch a movie, kind of Michigan night. So we're on the couch watching "Mr. Brooks" {good movie by the way..a little creepy} The movie gets done and IC goes into the kitchen (or so I thought) A few minutes later, I get up to go in the kitchen as well...IC was hiding around a corner and scared the absolute sh!t out of me ! My natural defensive reaction was to raise my knee up into you know where...dropped him like a bad habit !!!
The plaintiff (Me) alleges that the defendant (IC) was negligent and deserved what he got and owes said plaintiff a nice long massage with Karen's skinnydip candle/massage oil as restitution. The defense is claiming that it was pre-meditated physical battery and has issued a counter suit and is seeking the same restitution.
So ladies and gentleman of the jury...have you reached a verdict?
