hope your son is better soon, care. no fun...I still remember that ache. yuck.
morning lwb!
today is a stay in our jammies kind of day. the twins have colds, I have the start of one, its pouring rain, cold, yucky. will probably bake cookies with them later...even though I'm tempted to hold off until tomorrow, since h comes tonight. ahh, well, won't let his presence or the chance of him getting some of my cookies (not dirty this time!) stop me from doing what I want to do with my kids.
we've snuggled, watched peanuts thanksgiving, and have been playing all morning. now we are contemplating our talents for the big talent show down in VA in a couple of weeks. yeah, for any who have seen dan in real life, my family has decided to adopt that tradition. should be hysterical, although I wasn't thinking and my eldest is in a performance-anxiety-ridden panic now. and not sure if my talent of describing how I keep my cool (mostly) when h does his alien spew is quite family friendly. nor is my current poem to him, Ode to an Ass. hmmm...need to think of something for myself that is a little more in keeping with the audience.
hope everyone has a good day. h is coming tonight, will head off to the gym then.
other than that, one day at a time.
