Jar, I think this is one of those situations that could go either way. Either it helps to justify their relationship with OP or you become the object of pursuit.
I am currently talking to a woman that I met the other weekend that definitely expressed interest in me. Problem is, she doesn't want to be the 'other' woman and I also don't want to put someone in that position. Damn conscience. I've told my W that I was talking to this person and she handled it a bit differently than at one point in the past when I told her I had been talking with someone at work. Last time was when she was in the middle of the A and she seemed thrilled that I had met someone. She chatted with me like a girlfriend about her. This time the mood was a bit more somber. I'm hoping that maybe this will open her eyes to the reality that she could easily lose me.
