Do you think people that are like that didn't get enough love from their own parents?

It is so hard to imagine those who can let go of their kids so easily. I do know a couple of women where the H WAS VERY PHYSICALLY ABUSIVE TO THE w not THE KIDS AND THE w'S HAD TO ESCAPE BECAUSE THEY WERE IN REAL DANGER OF BEING KILLED BUT OTHER THAN THAT HOW CAN ONE ABANDON YOUR KIDS WHEN THEY NEED TOU? i DON'T GET IT EITHER.
