Steaks were good. Fell asleep after we watched the LSU-ALA football game. So I'm awake now. We finally get to change the clocks tonight, right?

Right. Fall Back.... Much better than springing forward. Did you have on your nightie during the game?

If I walk into the room and the football game is on, the nightie goes on. Why waste a perfectly good football game?

It was the red against the yellow. And it was a good game. LSU came from behind and tied it up at the end of the 3rd quarter. Then Alabama scored a huge touchdown and the game was over. Would you believe I was a cheerleader in high school and used to actually try to follow the game? They used to have to tell me when to jump up and start cheering.

That's funny. I think my daughter is just as bad though. There has been times when she first started cheering and couldn't even tell you what the final score was.

Yeah, it takes so long, and you're sitting there in a short skirt and it's cold out, and it's dark, and people get excited about the littlest thing. It's not like you just cheer at the touchdowns. And then you have to do the right magnitude of cheer for the little event. I lost interest after a couple of years. The boys at my high school weren't that good at football that anyone but their mothers would cheer. Kind of made me lose interest in football for life.
