I had one of these Halloween Night myself and yes - I did blow out the flame before drinking....
Pumpkin pie (tavern style): (Yes it is a shot!)
Ingredients: 2 parts Kahlua 1 part Bailey's irish cream 1 part Goldschlager Cinnamon
Mixing instructions: After adding the Goldschlager, set on fire. Sprinkle cinnamon on the flame to "cook" and for dramatic effect. Blow out and shoot it!
Bottoms Up! It was pretty good although it didn't taste much like pumpkin pie....
