My middle kid looks like me. He doesn't like to be reminded of that for some reason, but since he's the only person I've ever met that looks like me, he's going to hear about it. When a girl likes him, for instance, I'll smile and say that that's only to be expected because of his good looks.
My 11 year old decided she wanted to be cute instead of scary. She found a red devil dress that she could wear to a dance if she leaves off the devil horn headband, added a little sparkly makeup, and her mom's Sharona boots, and she was ready to go. Too cute! I don't think she'll have any trouble getting dates in a couple of years.
