Miss IC, I dressed my daughter up as Tinkerbell for her first Halloween, and we went to a party at friend's house. She was a week shy of her first birthday...could stand but not walk as yet ( that would come a month later). Oh my, she was soooooo cute. She has developed into an artsy kid, and as the years went by, she would get so creative/expressive with her costumes. I am just having a moment of nostalgia here, so bear with me, as one mom to another. The time goes fast.
