I just finished the coolest dessert ever! My department went to a halloween party at the local rehab center and brought me back a bowl that had sliced green apples covered in caramel syrup like you put on ice cream, sprinkled with mini chocolate chips and walnuts then topped with whipped cream. It was like eating one of those gourmet caramel apples only easy! I'm gonna make them as an easy dessert for thanksgiving.

Later I will post my recipe for potato casserole that gets raves every year as well as my husband's best baked beans. He gets paid to make these for pot-luck dinners for other people!

I'm working the halleluah carnival at church tonite, gonna be over 3,000 folks there...whew.
