Oh, no wife is perfeclty at ease in social situations. She is quite the actress. Drama when necessary... quiet calm at other times.
However, we will not be together this evening. One will walk the neighborhood with #3 (probably her), the other will sit in a lawnchair and pass out candy. And when she is finished walking the streets, she will go inside. Just a guess... we will see.
Lighter topic: Last year, the neighbor kid (15 yrs old) sat in the cul-de-sac on a lawn chair wearing a ski mask, flannel shirt, jeans, boots, and gloves with a bowl of candy in his lap. He looked like a manequin... newspaper stuffed in clothes or whatever.... and he would scare the absolute $hit out of kids when they approached. It was funny. Older girls (10-12 yrs) were the funniest... They would scream and run away...
I want to try that... My brother and I used to dress up and scare people.
He would sit on the porch in a monster costume and I'd be laying out in the yard dressed up in camo. I'd catch them as they came up and act as escorts. Once they got close, he'd go ape on them.
Funniest thing I've ever done. Well.. maybe not the funniest.
Wait a minute.... Barry is a definite possibility. Just don't expect Copa Cabana.
Saw Barry last night on Dancing With The Stars. He has had so many facelifts, he looks like someone wearing a motionless plastic Barry Manilow mask - his lips don't really even move when he sings. TRULY creepy, just in time for Halloween.
