I am so happy I now have a place of my own to make into a homefor me and my son. We got the keys yesterday and I was as busy as a beaver cleaning out and wallpaper stripping. Inbetween all this I get a call from my solicitor, I am in court today, this is the follow up to xh's claim to possession proceedings, remember he wanted us out for trespassing, well he as stalled me going twice on the childrens act and it has come round to his turn again, I shall don on my best look and clothes and go in with a smile on my face, as really there is no need for me to be there now I have my own place, xh doesn't and won't know about our new place, but the thing my solicitor told me is that xh won't be in court today as he is trying to keep his costs down, ha ha what a joke, he wants us out of his house he takes it to court and he doesn't want to go to court to see what the outcome will be, or is it because he can't face me again.
