Crap just got an email from the realtor...house has been on the mkt 1 stinkin day and they are getting an offer. I don't want anything so nbad to get in a bidding war.

Just go to the zip and type 77479 and I thin its on the 4th page or so and it is 7603 Shannondale. Likely will not get it but yes WAW, does put a "spring in your step" just by taking action.

H, don't know what her reaction "will be". I have concluded it is pointless to tell her anything, if it comes down to it, it will come out of my 1/2 so please tell me what good it does to hit her with..."Hey, CVA is buying a house, just thought I would let u know" and no, I don't have "the email" done.
