Well, I have spent the entire day going over my credit report and there is some funky stuff going on.
My XH is pretty worried. He had to pick up the kids from my class yesterday as I had to bring them to the campus for pickup since they both were sick. My students LOVED seeing them but I made sure that they (my kids) were only there for a few minutes.
XH came to the door to get them and I made it short and sweet. First thing he asked me was if I had to chance to find out why this address was on my report..I told him I hadn't had the time..(big lie) let him shake in his shoes.
I am going to report this to the police when I have all the paperwork together. I did a background check on OW and the address is on there that is on my report. (her p.o. box so that is proof for the police.)
I realize that the more info I have the better. Now the law can do there work.
I am calling the credit company and asking what company had this address as mine (meaning, when someone filled out my name and wrote that that p.o. box was mine, I want to know what company reported it..was it AMEX, a mortgage company)..that way I can get an idea to why my name was used.
I have a feeling that my XH and her did some kind of forgery of my name to some type of real estate deal. I can smell it. I would bet money on it.
Heck..now that money will be mine since 1/2 of what is his prior to the big D is ours..Maybe I won't owe him dough from the house that is due to him in September 08,
Somehow, I know this will be in my favor.
And I know XH is going to throw the Rat under the bus so to speak. He even expressed to me yesterday he was curious to why her address was on my report..(I think he is lying through his teeth but he insinuated he was pissed, too) but I know he is part of this whole thing..
But if he can blame her, he will to get off scott free.
Well, I have some work to do..have to run..

I slept 12 hours, too..needed it with this cold but I feel much better..
