I came off the AD's pretty much cold turkey.

Don't expect a rapid response to coming off regards weight loss - from what i understand it takes about a year to get your metabolism back to were it was pre AD's. You still need to watch your diet etc.

One other thing - on the MLC diet thread people were saying that exercise did not make them lose weight. Well when you get to a certain point you will be building up muscle and as that weighs more than fat you will stop 'losing' weight but you will be a far better shape and more healthy.
