My halloween costume is an inflatable sumo wrestler that is so big I can't drive with it on. I also have a nerd face mask complete with coke bottle glasses and buck teeth.

I know what you're saying and it's true there are other men here (and elsewhere), it just doesn't go unappreciated is all. I, and I'm sure others, benefit greatly from being reminded what a good man looks like. What you did on Monday was another great example of what you're made of. You deserve to feel proud of yourself. You have faced some tough stuff, to say the least. Now, don't go expecting perfection from yourself anymore. Imperfect is quite attractive.
