I'm going to do the same.....

I was told that you take your normal dose one day..skip the next normal skip, then less than normal skip so on and so forth.

I ran out and did not take them for 4 days....thus ensued spaciness and earringing sensations.....I hate that crap.

I'm so tapering off.....give me a few more months and nada
