Seems to me that if OW was proud of what she's done or happy then she wouldn't be sliding out side doors at school. She'd be the one confident enough to walk around with her head held high.

My H's OW has stayed hidden for the duration of this mess. Up until about a month ago. It was like all of a sudden she came out of hiding. Well I in no way shape or form was going to put my head down and walk the other way.

I got to town one morning before work and seen her at the convience store. I high tailed it right into that store. She glared at me (like I was the one doing her wrong). I just stared right back with a grin. I stood right behind her at the counter.

No reaction to her, but yet I held my head up and made sure she seen me.

I really wondered as did others (family/friends) why all of a sudden she was out in the open. Some say maybe he's made a commitment to her and she feels safer. Others think she/he are baiting me to do something stupid to harm her. To get me in trouble. Or maybe "they" have ended and she was baiting me to get him back.

Regardless nothing happened. 20 years ago...You bet your sweet a*s I would have kicked her f***ing a** in a heart beat. Today... She's not worth the effort.

Hi lwb. Sorry to hear H seems to be back in contact w/ OW. It will die a natural death eventualy. As for the cell phones, I think ut us an example of fence sitting. My H has done this too. One moment, they are sure they are still in the primary R and act accordingly. Then they are back to spewing anger and hate. Your H is just confused a bit, which is better than "knowing" he wants out.

neph, I gave him a green light on the cell phones. He was about to order me a Blackberry, when I reminded him I am about to get one through my office. I told him free, cheap flip phone is all I need for my "in case I have a flat tire at 4am" phone. He always does this, tries to upgrade whatever I chose, which is nice, but I don't know why he is still doing it. In the past, he will say "You deserve this one, you work hard, let's get you this one". But I have learned through his history-twisting, that inside he was thinking "This is all about her, she is selfish, always wanting what we really shouldn't try to afford". UGH
