Hi Ian,
Sorry to hear about your day and the fact that it hurt so much. Your last statment about how you and your W vowed to love and protect your kids as you brought them into this world struck me. That is exactly why you are doing what you are. You know you are doing what is best for your kids right now. That doesn't mean that it will always be like this.
You're doing a great job of taking care of your kids but remember to take care of you too!
