Hi, sorry about this - I agree, if the rat has been doing something illegal you HAVE to go after her, and expose it. SHe may be delusional, but is in fact commiting a serous offence.
You have to protect yourself. Remember, don't get mad, get even [and then some]. Problems with living in fantasy land is that you start to think NONE of the rules of society apply to you, not just the ones you decide not to keep!
