I agree with Saffie that partying with all these guys is unbecoming in the workplace. Your wife could end up with a very unhappy situation at work, or even fired. But it is obvious that you can't reason with her. Hopefully they will all control themselves, as anything else is bad for everybody. And it does sound like she is using this to get back at OM.
