GISH - make plans for you and your son to do something your wife will be either mad or sad that she missed. If she knows you are going to do something nice and asks you to do it on another day when she is there say no you are going to do it on Sat night. Then do something with your son,(cinema, bowling etc....). Make it a fun evening for your son and you MIGHT enjoy it as well.
Hopefully if your wife misses it and your son loves it and talks about it to your wife afterwards she will REGRET not being with you. If she does something with any one of those guys she will regret it and boys at work will they take the piss.They will gossip and make her feel bad - even if it is just a kiss. It would be the start of the beginning of the end for her at that workplace - which IMO she needs to realise is not a healthy place for her. Let her screw up royally at this work place - make a fool of herself - then she will hopefully learn her lesson, get a new job and behave better.
