No, not what I meant. I meant he has suggested or implied he wants to spend time with her and the kids, and they are still just friends. But he's there in her town a lot. My guess is since he's now told her he's ending it with you, ages more open to it. But just a hunch. It is the implied "were just friends" today that I doubt. He probably is being less than forthcoming.
