well that sure puts a twist on things. I don't know still bout the OW. I'm thinking that if has any interest in her as an OW that he shouldn't do it. And about him not lying, you really can't know for sure. I think he still cares about you, and isn't just about hurting you as much as he can, so it is still possible that he is lying just to protect you. I believe that's what my H was doing, or else it was the guilt.
I would still ask him to talk to a kid C about it first if you can convince him.
