I viewed a house yesterday that I actually liked quite a bit. I also thought that since it had been vacant for awhile, it would be a good option as a lease purchase.

The other agent just called for feedback and I asked if the seller would consider a lease w/option to purchase and she said that they had just been talking about that and that they would; she just wasn't sure what the option payment would be. So, she is supposed to call me back.

Part of me is excited (finally- a house I like AND it could be leased) and part of me is scared sh!tless that if they do come back with something favorable and I go for it, that it would be the end of the marriage. OR it could be the beginning of my H coming to his senses- that would be the gamble.

It was the first house I saw that I said "wow-now if I could get this on a lease, I would probably do it." Shoot.
