I have to admit that I was surprised by your response, Me -- I figured you would be critical of this (glad you're not though!). Yeah, I'm going ahead with it, and not going to worry if it causes what itty bitty chances I have to go up in smoke. Besides, she already is living with her BF -- and they aren't getting along anymore at all. At this point it is my understanding that she's only still living with him because she can't afford to get back out on her own. Also, D is schedule for Dec 7th, so that ball is already rolling too (of course I was the idiot who filed way back in January).
