I'm with CVA, time for you to stand up and take, yes take, what's rightfully yours from your H. You're letting him walk all over you financially just like you let him walk all over you emotionally (that's why you got out, right?). STOP. Stand up for yourself. If it's your dog, dammnit, fight him for her. Show him a strong, confident woman. He'll probably pee in his panties and go running to his mommy.
Either get a lawyer or get your H to a medtiation so you can mediate a settlement of your assets.
CVA, don't forget, women are pigs too. They just hide it better than we do. Be careful there too, though.
