Went and reviewd my house choices today again, "bold and beautiful" and expensive (although can swing it) or get the buy and flip version of a really nice house but has been trashed. The latter is more palletable from a financial and something to do pov but the former is super nice and I would be "up and running right away.

Big decision, I guess whay isn't these days. Tryoing not to put too much importance on anything these days a al Homer.
