the ab work has helped...some. I have a long way to go, and don't think I'll ever have my 20 year old body back again. its funny, my girlfriend and I were talking about plastic surgery yesterday and we both said if we ever had the guts (and the money and the time to recover) a tummy tuck would be what we would go with.

other than working out/cardio/ab work I have no other suggestions. I'm trying to go this route. I still am heavier than I was in high school/college, that damned infidelity flu ended too soon. lol. actually, the other suggestion I have is to accept the body you have, complete with whatever war wounds that come with it...including a post baby tummy.

its ironic, my breasts, on the other hand, shrunk and are a full cup size smaller than they were pre-babies. (happened about a year after I stopped nursing the twins, I'd say). on the bright side, less to sag as I get older, right?
