quick update, x and I were supposed to be in court again on monday, the solicitors have been in touch and he as agreed to a lump sum once this place is sold, he as also agreed to leave son's bank accounts alone, he wants me to agree to go along with the sale of this place, ie not tell the potential new occupants all the faults (would I) and to vacate as soon as it is sold, I have told my solicitor to go ahead and agree to this but he cannot expect me to move out as soon as it is sold if we have nowhere to go, I will not disrupt my son's life anymore for this moran, and I will not move out of the district and move him from school. My solicitor also told me that xh is out of work again, that is interesting for a workaholic, he was supposed to have set himself up in business, where's that gone, never thought I would see the day xh didn't work. Thing is he is back to where he was two and half years ago when he jacked in his job, it was then all this lot came to light, so he as now gone a full circle, apart from leaving his lovely wife, I think not.
