He's going to do it laparoscopically so it's a bit more than just doing it vaginally, however, he wants to check my ovaries to make sure I don't have endometriosis. If he sees something, he'll take my ovaries too. He said if he does and I do have to start on hormones, it's really not that big of a deal and I trust him on that. We'll see what he finds and ends up having to do. It's a little more recoup time this way, however, at least we'll get it all done in one surgery instead of finding out later that he should have taken the ovaries too.
