It is getting easier for me. Compared to the first "love inn" trip to this last one I have improved and it does not bother me as much.

Also, I have come to realise that it is not worth getting stressed over. It is beyond my control. I can only control my actions, not hers.

I think the distractions are part of GALing. I have kept myself busy and apart from logging on to this website, and thinking about W whilst reading other peoples sitches, the rest of the day I find I do not think about her as much.

I also find that the attraction to her is not as strong as early on in my sitch, possibly from emotional exhaustion.........

It could also be because you hurt and distrust.. it plays a big part. That's good your keeping yourself busy, that is so important.

The dishonesty shown by W is a very unnattractive quality. She knows that in 17 years together, the one thing I valued was honesty and integrity, two qualities she has put aside to be with OM.

I never knew my H was such a dishonest person until all of this happened. He could look me straight in the eye and lie without blinking an eye. It's sad that it becomes so easy to them. Odd thing is that my H thinks I should be totally honest with him. He wants to know everything about me and tries to be so elusive with me.
