My little glimmer of hope just fizzled out

I'm really having a hard time now dealing with D14 staying with H and OW. I know she wants to see her dad but it's starting to really hit me that H has moved on and now wants D14 to be a part of his new life.

Maybe I've been fooling myself thinking H will not change for the better for anyone and yet it appears that way.

Just talked with H and he told me that D14 will be okay and that she is looking forward to seeing him (which I know she is). H then told me that he comes home from and work "and we cook dinner and everything is normal." That used be our normal routine.
